REFUND POLICY

Cancellation, Refund, Return, and Exchange

While we would like to keep you happy and satisfied, we might not be able to accede to your requests especially those on return and exchange.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and therefore consider health, safety, and hygiene to be of utmost importance. Consequently, all purchases on our website are final!

Orders for products cannot be canceled and consequently, there are no refunds for products purchased. In rare circumstances such as when we overcharge your credit or debit card or charge your debit or credit card in error, we shall refund the excess to your card.

Our products once purchased cannot be returned or exchanged due to the delicate nature of the products. However, an exchange of products might be considered at our discretion in the following limited circumstance:

Receipt of defective products.
If you are in receipt of a defective product, you should send an email to al-soor@asmkwt.com within seven (7) days from the date of the receipt of your order. Your email must contain the following:

Subject line: Defective Product

In the body of the email, you must include information such as your full name, the order number of the product purchased, and the image of the defective product as well as the date of purchase and date of delivery.

We shall offer a solution to you in our response.
